Today we began class by reviewing Tuesday's grammar homework. After we finished checking our work, we learned a new grammar concept: appositives. Student's understanding of appositives, a concept of grammar that affects comma usage, was then assessed with a formative assessment. After the formative assessment, students learned new WM words: kindle & intransigent.
